First of all, you have to go to the official website of the Unique Identification Authority of India i.e. UIDAI https://uidai.gov.in/. On the homepage of the website, you will see the My Aadhaar section, as soon as you go to this section, you will see the Aadhaar service option.

In the Aadhaar Service section, you will get the Aadhaar Authentication History option, as soon as you click on this option, you will see the log-in option.

To log in, you have to enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and then enter the captcha code, and click on the Send OTP option. After clicking on Send OTP, you will get OTP on your mobile number which is registered with Aadhaar.

After entering the OTP, you will get complete information about where your Aadhaar has been used in the last 6 months.
