Section 163 Rules:

Drone ban: Flying drones is prohibited around Vidhan Bhavan ,

Prohibition of Weapons: Carrying sharp and pointed weapons , flammable substances and other dangerous items is prohibited within the city .

Traffic advisory for September 15-16 :

Construction Notice : An elevated bridge is being constructed on the Kanpur Highway , which requires the installation of a monopole for 4,40,000 volt power supply. This will cause traffic restrictions from 1010 pm on Monday .

Traffic restrictions:

Heavy vehicles: They will be prohibited from going from Natkur Canal crossing to Scooter India crossing. Instead , they should use the route from Bijnor Thana crossing towards Lucknow and then towards Kanpur.

light vehicle:

Vehicles going from Natkur Canal crossing to Scooter India crossing are prohibited. They can go towards Lucknow from Hydrail Tiraha or towards Kanpur from Kisan Path.
