Minor girl returning from weekly market becomes victim of gang rape, 7 accused arrested

Ram Kumar Yadav, Surguja. A case of gang rape of a minor girl returning from the weekly market has come to light. Taking immediate action in the case, the police have arrested seven accused. All the accused who committed the crime are minors.

According to information received from the police, the accused gang-raped a minor girl who was returning from the weekly market. After the victim's complaint, Sitapur police has arrested 7 people involved in the case. This includes 6 minors and one adult.

Police informed that the incident took place in Jashpur district's Pathalgaon police station area and preparations are underway to send the case diary to Sitapur police station Pathalgaon for further action.
