On registering the complaint, you will get a token number from the system. This complaint will also be sent to email@example.com through e-mail.
You can also complain through IVR
NPS subscribers can also register their complaints on the toll-free number. For this, subscribers have to call 1800-222-080. These complaints are registered in the Central Grievance Management System (CGMS). Sometimes its solution is also done on the spot.

NPS subscribers can also complain using letters or forms. Through Form G1, you can file a complaint in writing. It can be viewed or downloaded at https://npscra.nsdl.co.in/central-forms.
