How to add your contact or group to Favourites?

The first and easiest way to do this is to tap and hold on to the chat box of your favorite person or group, after which you have to tap on the three-dot menu option on the top right. Here you will get the option of 'Add to Favourites'.

You have to go to Settings inside the app. Here you will see the 'Favourites' option. Now tap on 'Add Favourite' inside this option select your favorite contacts or groups and tap on the green tick button at the bottom.
