  • Fibre is present in good quantity in spinach. It helps in burning fat.
  • It also contains more calcium.
  • Spinach also has low calories and due to the fibre present in it, after eating it, the stomach remains full for a long time and there is no desire to eat anything.
  • Spinach makes the weight loss process faster.
  • When you eat rice, it can lead to weight gain but if you prepare it like this or include some healthy curries with it in the right quantity then it will not lead to weight gain.
  • Corn also has a lot of fibre. It helps prevent fat accumulation around the stomach and reduces belly fat.

Eat spinach and corn rice to lose weight 

Ingredients required

  • Rice – 1 cup boiled
  • Ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
  • Onion- half
  • Corn- 2 tbsp
  • Cashew – 5
  • Black salt and black pepper - as per taste
  • Spinach leaves – a handful (boiled)
  • Green chilli- 1

Method to prepare 

  • Boil white rice or brown rice for 15 minutes.
  • Now add 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste and green chilli in 1 tsp ghee.
  • Add cashew nuts and onion and fry.
  • Once it turns golden, add corn.
  • On one side, boil spinach, add ginger-garlic paste to it and grind it.
  • Now put this paste in the pan along with other things.
  • Now add rice to it.
  • Cook it for some time.
  • Your healthy rice is ready.
