Necessary ingredients
- medium size carrots 4
Chopped French beans 50 grams
- Chopped Cabbage 1/2 cup
- Green onion 1/2 cup
- finely chopped garlic 2 tsp
- grated ginger 2 tsp
- Soya sauce 2 teaspoons
- White Vinegar 2 tsp
Salt as per taste
- Black pepper powder 2 tsp
- Sesame oil 2 tsp
- Corn flour 2 tsp
Water as needed
- Rice Noodles 1 cup
Chopped green onions for garnishing

Method Of making: 
Wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them finely.
Pour oil into a pan and heat it on a high flame. When the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic and onion to it and fry it well.
After this, put the vegetables in the pan and mix well and cook while stirring for 4-5 minutes.
Now add soya sauce and vinegar to the vegetables.
Then add two cups of water and wait for it to boil.
Make a batter by adding a little water to the cornflour. Keep in mind that there should not be any lump in it.
Pour the cornflour water into the soup pan and mix while stirring continuously.
Boil the soup on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
After this, add salt and black pepper powder to the soup.
Boil 2 cups of water and noodles in another pan.
After boiling, remove the noodles from the flame and filter the water. Pour cold water over the noodles. Then pour oil and spread it on a plate.
Clean the pan where the noodles were boiled. Keep it on medium flame and add some oil and fry till the noodles become crispy. Take care not to put too much oil.
Take out the noodles on paper towels.
Now take the soup off the heat.
Pour the prepared soup into individual bowls. Serve by adding noodles and green onions on top. (PC. Social media)
