Material
Rice - 2 cups (boiled)
Oil - 3 tbsp
Green vegetables - 1.5 cups chopped (carrot, cauliflower, cauliflower, capsicum, beans, onion, tomato, and peas)
Veg Fried Rice Masala (available in the market)
salt - as per taste

Recipe
1 To make Veg Fried Rice, first heat oil in a pan.

2 When the oil becomes hot, add all the vegetables and fry them.

3 Then add salt as per taste and ketchup as required.

4 After this add 2 spoons of Veg Fried Rice Masala.

5 Now cook the vegetables slowly.

6 Then add the cooked rice and mix with a ladle.

7 If you find the veg fried masala less, then add a little more.

8 Veg Fried Rice is ready for kids' lunch.
