-If you do not get any response from the bank or the bank refuses to help, then complain about it on bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in.
-The most important thing is that do not delete the message received on the phone after the wrong transaction. Because, this SMS contains the PPBL number, which is needed at the time of complaint. Remember, if you make a wrong transaction, then complain about it within 3 days.
