Recipe

-First, you have to wash green coriander, green chilies, and mint leaves thoroughly. Coriander contains soil, so wash it thoroughly 2-3 times.

-Now cut the fronds of the green chilies and separate them. Also, remove the coriander roots.

-Cut half a big tomato into 2-3 pieces and keep it in a bowl, along with it peel the garlic cloves and extract half a teaspoon of lemon juice.

-Now take a mixer jar, add green coriander, green chilies, tomatoes, garlic, and mint leaves, and grind them.

- Add salt, chili, and lemon juice to the rest of the ingredients as per taste.

-Now mix it well. If the tomato is juicy, then you will not need water, but still, if you find the chutney thick, then add 4-5 spoons of water and stir it once more in the mixie.

-Finally, take it out in a bowl and keep it in the fridge. Serve it with hot parathas.
