The main ingredient to flavor Litti is Sattu. Because of this, its taste is completely different. Although women often find it difficult to make Litti-Chokha at home, if you want, you can prepare it with this easy recipe. If ever there is a small function at home, then it can be prepared and enjoyed.

Ingredients of Litti
2 cups wheat flour
1 cup sattu
finely chopped onion
finely chopped green chillies
2 teaspoon oil
2 spoons ghee
3-4 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon celery
1 teaspoon lemon juice
pickle masala
salt as per taste

Recipe for Litti Masala
- First of all, add ghee and salt to wheat flour and knead it with the help of lukewarm water.
- Cover the dough and keep it aside for half an hour.
Now add sattu, green chili, coriander, ginger, lemon juice, black salt, roasted cumin, plain salt, pickle masala, mustard oil, and some water in a vessel and mix.
- To make Litti, fill a round ball of dough with one spoon of Sattu Masala press it from all sides and close it.
- Make the rest of the list in the same manner. Now roast them in a wood or coal fire.

Ingredients of Chokha
1 large brinjal
3 potatoes
2 tomatoes
finely chopped onion
finely chopped green chillies
3-4 cloves garlic
finely chopped coriander
1 lemon
1 teaspoon oil
salt as per taste

Recipe for making Chokha
To make Chokha, fry brinjal, potatoes, and tomatoes well.
Then remove their peel and mash them and add chopped onion, finely chopped coriander, lemon juice, green chili, salt, and oil and mix.
- Now add garlic seasoning to it and mix.
- Delicious Litti Chokha is ready. Don't forget to dip the Litti in ghee before serving it.
