Saunf Ka Sharbat: If you are one of those people who prefer sharbat over cold drinks in the scorching heat, then here we bring you a super refreshing and healthy sharbat recipe. It can be made very easily and quickly.

Ingredients
-1/2 cup fennel

-2 green cardamom

-2 cloves

-5-6 black pepper

-15-16 fresh mint leaves

-4 tbsp low-calorie sweetener

Black salt as per taste

-salt to taste

-2 tsp roasted fennel powder

Ice cubes as required

Method :
1. Heat a deep non-stick pan, add 3 cups of water, fennel seeds, green cardamoms, cloves, and black peppercorns, mix, and cook on a medium flame for 15-20 minutes.

2. Sieve the mixture in a nonstick pan, add sugar-free green powder, and cook till the TR melts. Take the pan off the heat and let the syrup cool completely.

3. To make a portion, take a glass and add fresh mint leaves, black salt, salt, ½ tsp roasted fennel powder, ice cubes, and 1 cup of water and mix and serve.
