If you feel like eating something spicy and tasty with tea in the evening, then you can try this recipe which can be prepared in minutes. Note the ingredients and enjoy with tea.
1 cup green peas, 3 tbsp french beans, 3 tbsp carrot finely chopped, 1 bunch spinach, 3 tbsp cauliflower finely chopped, 1 potato boiled and grated, 2 tbsp grated paneer, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp oil, 1 /2 tsp cumin, tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 1 green chili finely chopped, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp kasoori methi, 1 tsp finely chopped coriander, 1 tsp mint, tsp bread crumbs, 2 tbsp gram flour, one tsp cornflour, salt to taste, oil for frying
Blanch the spinach and wash it thoroughly in lukewarm water.
Now mix a little salt in spinach peas and boil it lightly. Squeeze them by pressing them well with your hands and grind them coarsely in a mixie jar.
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, splutter cumin, and fry ginger-garlic in it for a minute.
Fry finely chopped green chilies, French beans, carrots, and cauliflower in it for a minute.
Mix spinach-pea paste and mix everything and mix salt and stir for two minutes.
Take it out in a separate vessel and keep it aside.
When it cools down, add potato-paneer and mix coriander, red chili, garam masala, cumin, chaat masala, kasoori fenugreek, green coriander, mint, gram flour, bread crumbs, cornflour.
Now apply oil in your hands and give it a round shape and fry it in hot oil.
