-Chole (boiled) - 3 cups

-Onion - 2 finely chopped

-salt to taste

-Tomato - 2 finely chopped

-Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp

-Asafoetida - 1/3 tsp

-Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

-Cumin - 1 tsp

-Red chili powder - 1 tsp

-Turmeric Powder - 1/3 tsp

-Garam Masala - 1 tsp

-Pomegranate - 1 tsp

Ingredients for Aloo Tikki

-Bread slices - 2

-Potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 4

-Green chili - 3 finely chopped

-Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp

-Red chili powder - 1 tsp

-Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp

-Chaat masala - 1 tsp

-Coriander Powder - 1 tsp

-Ginger Powder - 1/3 tsp

-Black salt - to taste

-oil - as required

-Green Coriander - 3 tsp finely chopped

Recipe

-Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, ginger, and garlic paste in it.

-Then add all the spices to it.

-Now add tomatoes and cook till the paste leaves the oil.

-Add gram and salt to this paste and cook for 10 minutes.

-In a separate bowl, soak the bread slices in water and squeeze them. -Now add potatoes and the rest of the spices and mix it.

-Take the prepared mixture little by little in your hands and make rounds out of it.

-Heat oil in a pan and fry the tikkis from both sides.

-Take it out on the serving plate and add the gram.

-Garnish with green, red chutney, or lemon juice and serve hot.
