Palak Paneer Recipe…

1. Separate the spinach from the stalk, wash and clean it thoroughly.

2. Pour water into a pan, when it boils, add half a spoonful of sugar and then add tomatoes, ginger, and green chilies in boiling water cover, and cook for 2 minutes. Then turn off the gas add clean spinach in this hot water and leave it for 2 minutes.

3. Take out the tomatoes, green chilies, and ginger, and separate the spinach from the water when it cools down a bit, make a paste of the tomatoes, chilies, and ginger, and also make a paste of the spinach separately.

4. Cut the paneer into thick square pieces, then add a pinch of turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon red chili, a pinch of garam masala, half a teaspoon Kasuri fenugreek salt, and one teaspoon mustard oil, mix well, and leave. Cook it for 10 minutes. minutes. Keep it covered.

5. Add some butter to a grill pan and then grill the cheese slices.

6. Now add 2 spoons of oil and 1 spoon of butter to a pan and heat it. When the butter is hot, add cumin seeds and bay leaves and fry for 30 seconds. Then add 1 spoon of gram flour and fry till it turns golden.

7. Add all the dry spices and fry for a few seconds, then add tomato, green chili, and ginger paste and cook till the spices release oil.

8. Add palak puri and mix. Add water as required. Add water according to how thin or thick you like the gravy. - Add salt and garam masala as per taste and cook for 5 minutes.

9. Turn off the gas, add 1 teaspoon butter, and mix the spinach gravy. If you want, you can also add chili and paneer to it at this time.

10. Transfer the spinach gravy to a serving plate, garnish with crumbled paneer, and serve with hot roti or rice. Palak Paneer without garlic and onion is ready.
