Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Kebab
Spinach - 2 cups
Peas - 1/2 cup
Potatoes boiled – 2-3
Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
Green chili - 1-2
Breadcrumbs - 3 tbsp
Roasted gram flour – 3 tbsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1 pinch
Dry mango - 3/4 tsp
Green coriander - 3 tbsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
salt - as per taste

How to make Hara Bhara Kebab
To make flavourful green kebabs, first of all, clean and wash the spinach. After this, boil potatoes and peas. After this peel the potatoes. Now heat water in a vessel and add spinach to it and boil it. After boiling the spinach for some time, put the spinach in a strainer so that the water drains completely. Immediately after this, put the spinach in cold water and after keeping it for about 1 minute, take it out of the water. After this cut the spinach into fine pieces.

Now put 1 tbsp oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add boiled peas to it and sauté for 1-2 minutes. After this add chopped spinach and salt as per taste, mix well, and fry all the things. When the water of the spinach and peas dries completely, add green coriander leaves and turmeric to it and mix and fry for 1 more minute, after that turn off the gas.

Now grind green chilies and ginger coarsely and grate the boiled potatoes. Add grated potatoes, green chili-ginger paste, garam masala, dry mango powder, and cardamom powder in a vessel and mix well. After this, mix roasted gram flour, bread crumbs, and salt in the mixture. Lastly, add spinach and peas and mash all the ingredients well, and make a mixture.

Now take a little mixture in your hands and shape them into kebabs. Make green kebabs from all the mixture. Now heat a nonstick pan and pour some oil on it. Place the kebabs according to the capacity of the griddle and roast them. After a while, turn the kebabs over and pour some more oil all around. After some time, when the kebabs become golden and crispy, take them out on a plate. Similarly, roast all the green kebabs. Tasty green kebabs are ready. Serve them with green chutney or sauce.
