Now take another big bowl and put mawa in it.
After this, add cashew nuts, and almond pieces to the mawa, then mix raisins and cardamom powder as well. After this add 2 tbsp sugar to it. Now mix everything well. Now take all-purpose flour and make a ball out of it and roll it around. After this, place the prepared stuffing in the middle and close it and make a circle and press it with your thumb to give it the shape of a kachori.
In the same way, prepare Mawa Kachori by filling and stuffing in them by rolling all the balls and keeping them separately on a plate. Now put desi ghee in a pan and heat it. After melting the ghee, put the prepared kachoris in it and fry till they become golden from both sides. After this take it out in a plate. Similarly, fry all the Mawa Kachoris one by one and keep them aside.
Now put sugar and a cup of water in another pan and heat it. Cook it until the sugar dissolves with the water. Sugar syrup will be ready in 7-8 minutes. Put a pinch of saffron threads in the sugar syrup and dissolve it with a ladle. Now place Mawa Kachori in a serving bowl and serve after pouring a little prepared sugar syrup over it.
