Potatoes boiled mashed – 1 cup
Paneer cubes – 1 cup
Ginger-green chili-garlic paste – 1/2 cup
Ajwain – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Green coriander chopped - 2-3 tbsp
Gram flour – 1 cup
Oil - for frying
salt - as per taste
How to make Potato Paneer Shots
To make Potato Paneer Shots, first, boil the potatoes and peel them and mash them in a vessel. After this prepare a paste from green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Then cut paneer into small pieces and chop green coriander leaves finely. After this, put gram flour in a big bowl and add red chili powder and a pinch of salt to it and mix. Now add water little by little and prepare a medium-thick batter of gram flour.
Now put 1 tsp oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add celery and green chili-garlic-ginger paste and fry for some time. After this add mashed potatoes and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix it for some time, turn off the gas and take out the mixture in a big bowl and let it cool. When the mixture becomes slightly warm, take a little in hand and make a small ball.
Now put a piece of paneer in the middle of the prepared ball and pack it well again. Similarly, prepare balls from all the mixture. After the ball is ready, put oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is properly heated, dip the balls in the gram flour batter and fry them by adding them to the oil. Fry the balls according to the capacity of the pan. Fry the balls till they become golden, then take them out on a plate. Similarly deep fry all the balls. Tasty Potato Paneer Shots are ready. Serve them with sauce.
