PM Kisan Yojana 16th installment: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday distributed the 16th installment of the central government scheme PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana for farmers. In this installment, an amount of more than Rs 21,000 crore was transferred to the accounts of farmers, which will benefit more than 9 crore farmer families. PM announced the transfer of PM Kisan's money (PM Kisan ka paisa) in a program in Yavatmal, Maharashtra (PM Modi in Yavatmal).

Five years of PM Kisan Yojana completed
Let us tell you that this scheme has completed 5 years and according to the official website of PM Kisan pmkisan.gov.in, till now an amount of more than Rs 2.80 lakh crore has been given to 11 crore farmers under this scheme. Under the scheme, the Central Government transfers an amount of ₹ 6000 every four months in three equal installments to the bank accounts of eligible farmers and till now the government has released 15 installments to the farmers. PM Kisan Yojana was launched in February 2019 to provide financial assistance to land-holding farmers across the country to meet their farming needs. Under this scheme, Rs 6,000 is transferred every year in three equal installments to the bank accounts of farmers.

     Now a page will open in front of you where you enter your registration number, mobile number captcha, and OTP.
