Material
Peanuts – 2 cups
Green chilli - 2
Mustard – 1/4 teaspoon
Red chilli – 1 pinch
Salt - as per taste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 1 tbsp

Recipe
1 First of all, keep a pan on medium flame.
2 Then fry the peanuts in a pan without oil for a few minutes.
 3 Once peanuts are roasted, take them out in a bowl.

4 After the peanuts cool down, mash them with your hands and remove their peel.
5 Then add peanuts, water as required, green chilies, and salt as per taste and grind it in the mixer.
6 After this, add oil, mustard, and curry leaves in the pan and heat it again.
7 When mustard seeds and curry leaves start crackling, add them to the peanut mixture and sprinkle them.
8 Your peanut chutney is ready.
