Recipe

  • To make paneer samosa:
  • First, take all-purpose flour and filter it in a vessel and add carom seeds, oil, and salt to it. Now mix everything well.
  • After this, add little water to the maida and knead the dough tightly.
  • After that cover it with a light wet cloth and keep it. Now start preparing the stuffing for the samosas. For this, first, take the paneer and grind it into small pieces. You can also grate cheese if you want.
  • After this take potatoes and mash them well.
  • Now take a wok and put it on the gas and heat the oil. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin, ginger, green chili, and fry for a few seconds.
  • Take care that the spices do not burn. Now add green peas to it and fry for about two minutes.
  • After this, add paneer, potato and mix it well. Now add red chili, garam masala, coriander powder, amchur, and salt as per taste and mix it all well. Cook this mixture well for about two minutes. After this, add green coriander leaves to it. Now turn off the gas.
  • In this way, the stuffing is ready to be filled in the samosas.
  • Now make small balls of maida and roll them like puris and cut them in the middle.
  • Then place half of the portion on the palm and fill a little prepared filling in the middle. Now give it the shape of samosa and close the stuffing from all three sides.
  • In this way, prepare samosas one by one by filling all the balls.
  • Now take a wok and heat it by adding more amount of oil so that samosas can be fried easily in it.
  • Now add samosas according to the size of the pan and fry till golden brown.
  • After that take out the samosas on a separate plate. Similarly, fry all the prepared samosas.
  • Now your crispy paneer samosas are ready.
  • Serve them hot with chutney or sauce.
