Paneer roll is such a food dish that children eat with great enthusiasm. As tasty as it is to eat, it is equally easy to make. Wheat flour – 3 cups
Paneer – 200 grams (cut into pieces)
Capsicum – 1 (cut into pieces)
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1
Peas - half cup
Cumin - half teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
oil as per requirement
Turmeric – half teaspoon
Ketchup - as per taste
Chilli Chutney - as per taste
Coriander leaves – a handful
Garam masala - half teaspoon
Cucumber and onion slices – thinly sliced

1. To make a Paneer Roll, first knead the wheat flour well.
2 Then put 2 tbsp oil in a pan and after the oil gets hot, add cumin seeds.
3 Now add tomato and onion and fry for some time.
4 Then add vegetables, garam masala, salt, and turmeric to this mixture, cover, and cook for some time.
5 After this, add cheese pieces to it and keep stirring in between.
6 - Now turn off the gas add coriander and mix again.

7 After this, make a ball of flour.
8 Add ketchup and tomato sauce and add cheese mixture.
9 Place cucumber on it and roll the roti.
10. Your Paneer Roll is ready.
