150 grams paneer, 2 tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, refined oil as required, 1 handful coriander leaves, 2 cups parboiled basmati rice, 1 onion, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1 teaspoon masala chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1 tsp salt to taste
First of all wash and chop the vegetables, apart from this cut the paneer into pieces.
Now chop onion and garlic.
Heat oil in a pan, and fry the onion and garlic cloves.
- Increase the flame and add tomatoes and cabbage, when the vegetables are cooked in the pan, add soy sauce and spices.
Lastly, add boiled remaining rice and paneer and cook on high flame for 5 minutes, add salt and coriander leaves.
Serve hot paneer fried rice and enjoy.
