Today in this episode we have brought for you the recipe of making Paneer Masala Dosa rich in protein. This will prove to be a great option for a healthy breakfast. So let's know about its recipe.

Necessary ingredients

Ingredients for Stuffing

-Boiled potatoes - 3

-Paneer - 1 small bowl

-Onion chopped - 1

-Chana dal - 1 small bowl

-Dry red chili - 2

-Rai - 1 tsp

-Ginger (cut into pieces) - 1 tsp

-Turmeric - 1 tsp

-Red chili powder - 1 tsp

-Curry leaves - 12-14

-Salt - as per taste

-oil - as needed

Recipe

-To make Paneer Masala Dosa, first take out the paste of the dosa in a bowl. Now start preparing the stuffing. First of all, take a walk and put it on medium flame to heat the oil. After the oil is hot, add mustard seeds to it. When mustard seeds start crackling, add dry red chilies to them. When the chilies are roasted well, add onions and fry till golden brown. During this, keep running the ladle. Now add chana dal in it. After frying for some time, add mashed boiled potatoes to it. Then mash the paneer and add it to this mixture.

-After this, mix ginger flakes, red chili, turmeric, and salt well in this mixture. When all the things are mixed well, then add curry leaves and salt and fry them well for about 5 minutes. In this way, your dosa masala will be ready.

-Now take a nonstick griddle and keep it on medium flame. After the tawa is hot, pour the batter of dosa and spread it in a circular shape like a cheela. When the dosa is cooked well from the bottom, pour oil around it and then flip the dosa. After roasting in a second way, flip the dosa again and place the potato-cheese stuffing in the center. Now fold the dosa and keep it on a plate and turn off the flame. In this way, your Paneer Masala Dosa is ready for breakfast. It can be served with coconut chutney and sambar.
