Paneer - 300 grams
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Green chilli - 2
Capsicum - 1
Ginger - 1 piece
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Pavbhaji masala - 2 tbsp
Green Coriander – 1 cup
Oil Salt - as per taste
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
oil as per requirement

1. First of all, finely chop onion, tomato, green chili, ginger and coriander.

2. After this, put the cheese in a bowl make powder of it, and keep it aside.

3. Put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame.

4. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and asafoetida and fry.

5. When cumin seeds start cooking, add onion to it and fry.

6. When the onion starts turning brown, add ginger-garlic paste and fry well.

7. After this add tomatoes and fry until soft. Once tomatoes are mixed, add green chilies and ginger.

8. Now add turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder and fry well. Fry the spice mixture on low flame for 2 minutes.

9. After this add chopped capsicum. Mix capsicum well with vegetables until it gets cooked well.

10. When the vegetables are mixed, add grated cheese to them.


11. After adding cheese, add salt. Mix salt well in the vegetables.

12. Cover the vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.

13. Switch off the gas after the stipulated time. Garnish with coriander and serve with roti or paratha.
