Ingredients to make Palak Paneer Roll-Ups
-Spinach for Duff
-Maida - 2 cups
-Fresh Spinach - 1½ cups
-Ginger chopped – 1-inch piece
-Green chili - 2-3
-salt - as per taste
-water - as needed

To make stuffing
-Paneer – 300 grams
-Onion finely chopped - 1/4 cup
-Finely chopped red capsicum – 1/4 cup
-Peeled capsicum finely chopped – 1/4 cup
-Green capsicum finely chopped – 1/4 cup
-Green chili chopped - 2-3
-Red chili - 1 tbsp
-Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
-salt - as per taste
-Onion rings – 3-4 tbsp
-Coriander leaves chopped - 4 tbsp
-Oil – 2 tsp

For the mayo sauce
-Mayonnaise - 1/4 cup
-Tomato sauce – 2-3 tbsp

How to make Palak Paneer Roll-Ups
To make Palak Paneer Roll-Ups, first make a paste of spinach, ginger, and green chilies. After that add salt and spinach paste to the flour. After this knead the dough. Keep in mind that the dough should be soft. After this keep the dough aside for 15 minutes. Now prepare to make the filling. For this, put oil in the pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, put finely chopped onions and all the capsicum in it. After this fry all the ingredients well.

Now add paneer and all the other spices and mix well and fry. After roasting well, the spicy filling will be ready.
