Here is a simple recipe for making noodles at home:
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. dried noodles (such as spaghetti or egg noodles)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions:

Cook the noodles according to package directions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat.
