Nawabi Paneer Recipe
To make Nawabi paneer, first cut the paneer into cubes. After this, put poppy seeds, almonds, and cashews in water in a utensil and keep them for some time, so that the dry fruits can swell. Take some milk in a small bowl and put saffron threads in it and mix it with a spoon and keep it aside. After this, cut pieces of onion, garlic, and ginger and put them in the mixer, and grind them to make a fine paste. Now take out the prepared paste in a bowl. After this, put soaked poppy seeds, cashews, and almonds in the mixer and grind them too and make a paste.

Now put butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After melting the butter, add bay leaves, cumin seeds, and cloves and fry them. After frying for a few seconds, take out the bay leaf and add onion paste to the pan and fry. When the color of the onion paste becomes light brown, mix cashew-poppy seeds paste in it. Add salt as per taste and mix it with a spoon.

After cooking all the things for some time, add a cup of milk and let the gravy boil. When the gravy starts boiling, add paneer pieces to it and mix it well with the gravy with a spoon. Now add black pepper powder to it and cover the vegetable for 5 minutes and let it cook. Then add saffron milk to the vegetable and mix. After cooking the vegetable for 2 more minutes, turn off the gas. Tasty Nawabi Paneer is ready. Serve it hot.
