Ghee - half cup
Flour – 1/4 cup
Semolina – 1/4 cup
Gram flour – 1/4 cup
Baking powder – 1 pinch
Almonds – 1 teaspoon
Pistachios – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – half cup
Cardamom powder – 1/4 teaspoon

To make Atta Naan Khatai, first, add ghee and sugar in a bowl.
- After this add semolina, flour, and gram flour.
Then mix cardamom powder and baking powder in it.

- After this add water to it and knead it.
Now put this dough in the shape of Naan Khatai on butter paper.
- After this, apply pistachios and almonds on top and bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.
