Mishti Doi is a wonderful Bengali dish. Everyone likes it. It tastes very good. In Bengal, it is definitely kept on the menu of every wedding or party. Nowadays, there is no food item on which anyone has a monopoly. In such a situation, Mishti Doi has also started being prepared in every part of the country. If you do not know how to make it, then we are telling you an easy way by which you can taste it sitting at home. Still, we are telling you some things which will help you if you keep them in mind. Use only fresh curd for Mishti Doi. Churn the curd well so that no lumps are formed. If you don't have a pot, you can keep it in any vessel for freezing.

Ingredients
1-liter milk
10 tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1 cup fresh curd

Recipe
- First of all, heat milk in a pan on medium flame.
Boil the milk till it reduces to half.

Meanwhile, on the other hand, put sugar and water in a pan on medium flame and keep the syrup to boil.
- Keep stirring it continuously with a ladle until the syrup changes color and turn off the flame.
- Switch off the flame add some more water and stir.
- By now the milk would have been reduced to half. Add syrup to milk and stir it well.
- When the milk cools down, add fresh curd to it and churn it well.
- After this, put it in the pot and keep it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours to cool down. Mishti doi is ready.
