Ingredients Needed

-Maida - 1 cup (120 grams)

- Salt - 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon 

-Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon

- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon 

-Ground cardamom - 1/2 teaspoon 

-Powdered sugar - 1/3 cup (80 grams) 

-Butter - 1/3 - Cup (80 grams) 

- Mango pulp

- Half cup Condensed milk 

- Half cup Milk or buttermilk 

- 2-3 tablespoon 

Method -

-Mix flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder and sieve 2 times so that they mix well. 

-Mix butter and condensed milk in mango pulp and make fat, add powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and salt and mix well. 

-Add flour little by little to this mixture and whisk it so much that it mixes well, the batter looks a bit thick, add milk to it and mix. 

-Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Sen. Put it on to heat.

-Grease the muffin tray with oil or line a paper cup. 

-Take out the batter with a spoon and fill these molds up to two-thirds. Fill all the molds with the batter. 

-When the oven becomes hot, place the tray in the oven to bake the muffins and set the oven for 20 minutes. 

-Cook till it turns golden brown. Your wonderful Mango Muffins are ready in 20 minutes.
