Raw Mango (Kairi) – 2
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Roasted cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Orange food color - 2 drops (optional)
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
water - as needed

Raw Mango Candy Recipe
To make raw mango candy, first, take the mangoes, wash them with clean water, wipe them, and peel them with the help of a sieve. Now cut the raw mango from the middle, take out its kernel separately, and cut small pieces of the pulp. Now put raw mango pieces in the mixer jar. Grind it by adding 1/4 cup of water and make a paste. After this, put a strainer in a bowl and put the raw mango paste taken out of the jar in it and squeeze the juice.

Now leave the mango juice like this for 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove the upper layer of mango juice and separate it in a bowl. Now put half a cup of sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a pan and keep it on the gas to heat. Heat the sugar until it becomes homogeneous with the water. After this, add mango juice to the pan and mix it well.

After cooking for some time, add roasted cumin powder, 2 drops of orange or green color, and black salt to the mango juice and mix with the help of a spoon. After this, cook the mixture for another 5 minutes so that the mixture becomes thick. After this, turn off the gas and let the mixture cool down. Now take a candy mold and fill the prepared mixture in it and leave it for 15 minutes so that the candy can set well. After this take out the candy. Tasty raw mango candy is ready.
