Ingredients of Makhana Chaat
2 medium-boiled potatoes
rock salt as needed
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 handful coriander leaves
2 handfuls of roasted peanuts
3 green chillies
2 cups lotus seed pops
1 tsp cumin powder
2 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
save as required
2 tbsp ghee
How to make Makhana Chaat
Step 1- Fry the makhana in ghee
To make this easy recipe, first heat a pan and add ghee to it. Once the ghee becomes hot, add the lotus seeds (makhana). Beat them well until their colour turns brown.
Step 2- Wash and clean the vegetables
Meanwhile, take all the vegetables and wash them thoroughly. Cut them and chop them well. Collect all the ingredients in a bowl.
Step 3- Whisk the lemon juice
After this, take a bowl and add lemon juice, red chilli, rock salt and other ingredients to it. Mix everything well and add the tossed makhana with fresh coriander, green chillies and salt. Enjoy garnished with peanuts.
