Mango (chopped) – 2
Curd - 2 cups
Honey – 3 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Rosemary – 2 sprigs
Water – 1+1.5 cups
Chia seeds (soaked) – 4 tbsp
1. Add chopped mango, honey, cardamom powder, ice cubes, rosemary sprigs, and water in a blender.
2. Blend all these ingredients until it becomes a smooth paste.
3. You can add more or less water to your smoothie to make it as thick or thin as you wish.
4. Pour the smoothie into a glass and top with soaked chia seeds.
5. Serve cold smoothie.
