One at the time of Dussehra and the other a day before Mahashivaratri.

According to belief, a day before Mahashivaratri, this alliance is opened and taken down with complete rituals. This alliance is done with red-colored thread. Devotees also tie the alliance of Shiva-Parvati by buying a special thread in the temple itself. The cost of this thread is Rs 100, which is available only there. Devotees come here throughout the year and offer alliances asking for their wishes.

Only Bhandari Samaj has the right
State Tirth Purohit Shrinath Pandit of the temple told that before opening the alliance Panchshul, the alliance symbolizing the love of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati will be opened under the leadership of Panda Shiv Shankar Bhandari. After that the Panchshul fixed on Baba and Mata temple will be opened and brought down. Only the Bhandari community has the right to tie and open the alliance.
 
Sardar Panda will offer the first alliance
The first alliance between Baba Bholenath and Maa Parvati temple is offered by Sardar Panda after Panchshul is installed in Shiva and Parvati temple. After that common people can offer an alliance. Generally, 10 to 15 alliances go to Baba temple every day. But, on a particular day of worship, its number also increases.
