Material
Noodles - 2 packets
Cauliflower - 2 cups
Onion - 3
Capsicum - 2 cups
Carrot - 1 cup
Garlic - 1
Paneer - 60 grams
Red chili - 3-4
Vinegar - 4 tbsp
oil as needed

Method
1. First of all wash and chop the carrot, capsicum, and cauliflower thoroughly.

2. After this, peel the garlic and onion as well.

3. Heat oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to get hot.

4. When the oil becomes hot, add the noodles, add some water and salt.

5. Then cover the pan and cook the noodles for 5 minutes.

6. After cooking, wash the noodles with clean water and keep them aside.

7. After this prepare a paste by mixing red chili and garlic.

8. Heat oil in a pan and fry the noodles well and take them out.

9. Fry the vegetables in the remaining oil.

10. Add red chili and garlic paste to the same pan and fry well.

11. When the garlic paste is fried well, add fried vegetables to it.

12. Grate the paneer on a plate.

13. After this add small pieces of paneer to the noodles and mix.

14. After adding paneer add salt and let it cook for some more time.

15. Switch off the gas after the specified time.

16. Your Chilli Paneer Noodles are ready. Keep it on a hot plate and pour sauce over it and serve it to the kids.
