Material
full cream milk
1 tsp rice flour - 2
Tablespoon chopped almonds - 2
1 tsp chopped pistachios - 2
2 tsp cardamom powder - 2
Table spoon sugar – 1 ½
Saffron

Method
1. To make Kesar Phirni, first wash the rice thoroughly and soak it in water for 2 hours.
2. Then take it out of water and grind it coarsely.

3. Now heat milk in a pan. When the milk starts boiling, add ground rice to it and keep stirring until it thickens.
4. Now when the phirni is cooked, add chopped dry fruits like almonds, cashews, cardamom, saffron and sugar and cook for 2 minutes.
5. Now put the phirni in a serving bowl and serve.
