Material :
1-liter milk, 200 grams chhena (hand-mashed), 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon almond-pistachio slivers, 1 green cardamom ground, 7-8 threads saffron, 1 tablespoon milk

Method :
Put the milk in a heavy bottom vessel to boil on the gas.

When it starts boiling, lower the flame and keep stirring occasionally so that the milk does not stick to the bottom.

When the milk is reduced to half, remove the utensil from the gas and add chenna to it.

When both the things are united, put it again on the gas and mix sugar and cook till it thickens.

When it becomes thick like mawa, remove it from the flame and freeze it in a greased tray.

- Soak saffron in milk and put a dot on the kalakand after grinding it.

Then sprinkle the nuts and cut them into desired shapes when frozen.
