Pinis are an integral part of winter and are widely prepared and eaten in the northern states of India. Pinis are traditionally made from wheat flour or wheat flour, but in this recipe, we will give a unique way of making pinis using gram flour. Heat ghee in a pan or pan or in a thick bottom pan. Add chickpea flour and cook for 3-4 minutes or till it turns light brown in colour and becomes aromatic. Transfer it to another plate and keep aside. (It will be in liquid form but no problem. It will harden when you add khoya and sugar.

In another pan, dry roast the crumbled khoya till it turns light brown. Keep stirring it continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan. (It will take about 5-6 minutes). Take the pan off the heat. Add roasted flour and mix.

Now let the mawa-flour mixture cool down a bit. Now add sugar powder and all dry fruits. Add 1 tsp milk and mix well. Now leave it like this for about 15 minutes. Now grease your hands with a little ghee and make small balls from the mixture. When all the pinis are made, serve them and keep the rest of the pinis in an airtight container.
