For this, click on the option "How others can interact with you" below "Who can see your content". Which, first tap on Message and Story Reply and then tap on Story Reply.

There will be three options here. First - everyone can reply to the story, second - the person you follow can reply and third - no one can reply to the story. You can enable the setting by tapping on any option as per your requirement.
