The WTC Final 2025 will be held at Lord's, which is famous for its prestigious status in the world of cricket. The match will run from June 11 to June 15, with June 16 being reserved as an additional day if needed.

This will be the first time Lord's will host the WTC Final. The first final of 2021 was held in Southampton, followed by the 2023 final at The Oval. New Zealand and Australia emerged as champions in these previous editions.

As of now, India leads the World Test Championship rankings, followed by Australia. The top two teams in the points table will compete in the 2025 final. In the current rankings, New Zealand is third, Bangladesh fourth, England fifth, South Africa sixth, Sri Lanka seventh, Pakistan eighth and West Indies ninth.

India has reached the WTC final twice but is yet to win. In the 2021 final, under the captaincy of Virat Kohli, India were defeated by New Zealand. In the 2023 final, under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma, Australia won by a big margin.
