The winter season has started. During this period our digestive capacity becomes very good. With the onset of a cold, gum laddus starts roaming in the mind. These are as delicious to eat as they are beneficial for health. These give amazing energy to the body. Despite being heavy, we digest these laddus easily. If you are also fond of eating sweets and are conscious about your health, then connect with them. These are prepared with the help of dry fruits. Also, it can be made easily at home. You just have to follow the simple steps mentioned here.


Edible gum – 1 cup
Flour – one and a half cup
Desi ghee – 1 cup
Powdered sugar – 1 cup
Cashew nuts chopped – 50 grams
Chopped almonds – 50 grams
Chopped pistachios – 50 grams
Watermelon seeds – 50 grams

-First of all, take a heavy-bottomed pan. Heat the ghee by placing it on the gas.
When ghee melts, add edible gum to it and fry on medium flame.
- When the color of the gum turns golden brown, then turn off the gas.
Then take out the gum and let it cool for some time. After it cools down a bit, crush the gum or grind it coarsely in a mixer.
Now reheat the ghee in the pan add flour to it and fry on medium flame.
- To prevent the flour from burning during cooking, keep stirring it continuously.
When the color of the flour starts turning light brown, add gum, cashew nuts, watermelon seeds, pistachios, and almonds mix well, and turn off the gas.
- If you want, you can add dry fruits to this mixture after frying.

Now remove this mixture from the pan and keep it cool. Now add powdered sugar to this mixture of flour and gum.
Now once again mix the mixture well and start tying the laddus of this mixture.
- Make laddus of all the mixture one by one. Gum laddus are ready.
