Ingredients for Multigrain Chilla
Multigrain flour – 1/2 cup
Semolina – 2 tbsp
Favorite vegetables (finely chopped like onion, carrot, capsicum, spinach, etc.) – 1/4 cup
Green chili (finely chopped) – 1
Ginger (grated) – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
water as required
Oil

Recipe
1. Mix multigrain flour, semolina, finely chopped vegetables, green chilies, and grated ginger together in a bowl.

2. Now add turmeric powder, cumin powder and salt. - Add water to this mixture and prepare the solution by stirring well so that lumps do not form.

3. Now heat oil in a pan and spread the batter in the pan with a ladle.

4. Let it fry for a few minutes until it turns golden brown.

5. After cooking well from both sides, sprinkle pistachios and cardamom powder on top.

6. Your multigrain cheela is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
