Material
Pumpkin - 1 kg
Cinnamon - 1 1/2
Water - 150 ml
Ghee - 4 tbsp
Raisins - 50 grams
Sugar - 150 grams
Grated coconut (roasted coconut) – 2 tbsp
Almonds (chopped) – 2 tbsp

Pumpkin Halwa Recipe
1. To make pumpkin pudding, first put pumpkin, water, and cinnamon in a pan, cover and cook till it becomes soft.

2. After this, filter and mash the pumpkin. Now heat 4 tablespoons oil in a big pan add pumpkin it and keep stirring continuously.

3. When the puree becomes thick and its color changes, cook it for 10 more minutes. Now add sugar to it and keep stirring till the pudding is cooked.

4. Your pumpkin halwa is ready.
