Ragi – 2 cups
oil as per requirement
Green chilli paste – 2 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – 2 tbsp
Curd - 2 cups
Salt – as required
oil as per requirement
Mustard seeds – 1 tbsp
Coriander – 1 cup
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Asafoetida – 1 tbsp

1. First of all, put ragi in a vessel and dry it.
2. After this, put it in the mixer grind it well and prepare Ragi Rava.
3. Put the paste in the mixer and filter it in a vessel.
4. Then fill it with water in a vessel and soak it for 10-12 hours.
5. After the stipulated time, take it out in a vessel and mix curd in it.
6. Put Ragi Rava in curd and keep it for 6-8 hours to ferment.
7. After the stipulated time, add a little oil, green chili paste, and salt as per taste to this paste.
8. Mix all the ingredients keep them on a plate and let them cook in steam for 10-15 minutes.
9. Your Dhokla is ready. Cut it into square shapes.
10. Now add oil to a pan. When the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves, water, and sugar, and prepare the syrup.
11. Pour the syrup over the prepared dhokla.

12. You can garnish it with coriander and serve it to your family members.
