Ingredients for Jowar-Onion Roti
Jowar flour - 1 cup
Finely chopped onions (green and white) – 1/2 cup
Green chili paste - 1/4 tsp
oil - as required
salt - as per taste

How to make Jowar-Onion Roti
To make Jowar-onion roti, first of all, take green and white onions and cut them into fine pieces. After this prepare a paste of green chillies. Now take a deep bottom vessel and add jowar flour and finely chopped onions to it and mix it well. After this, mix green onion paste, 1 teaspoon oil, and salt as per taste in the mixture. After this knead a soft dough by adding water little by little.

Now make balls in equal proportion to the flour and keep it. Take a ball and roll it into a round shape. Meanwhile, keep a nonstick pan/griddle on medium heat for heating. When the griddle becomes hot, put the rolled roti on the griddle. After baking for some time, turn the roti and roast it on the other side. When the roti becomes light golden from both sides, put it on the direct flame of the gas and roast it by turning it.


After this keep the roti aside in a plate. In the same way, make roti from all the balls one by one. If you want, you can also apply some oil to the rotis. Jowar-onion roti is ready for breakfast. Serve it hot with vegetables.
