Ingredients to make Rajma Chaat
Rajma boiled - 2 cups
Potatoes boiled – 2-3
Boiled chickpeas – 1/2 cup
Onion - 2
Green chili chopped - 2-3
Tomato - 1
Green coriander leaves chopped - 1/2 cup
Lemon - 1
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
salt - as per taste

How to make Rajma Chaat
To make Rajma Chaat, first, clean the kidney beans and chickpeas and soak them in water overnight. The next day, put Rajma, Chole, and Potatoes in the cooker and boil for 4-5 whistles. Meanwhile, cut the onion and tomato into fine pieces. After the cooker cools down, take out kidney beans, chickpeas in a utensil and peel off the potatoes and cut them into small pieces as well.

Now put boiled kidney beans, chickpeas, and potato pieces in a big utensil and mix all three well. After this, add finely chopped tomatoes and onions to the chaat and mix. After mixing everything well, add chopped green chilies. Then mix chat masala, black salt, and plain salt as per taste. Now add lemon juice to the Rajma Chaat as per the need and mix it.

After mixing everything well for a minute, finally, add green coriander leaves to Rajma Chaat and mix. Rajma Chaat full of taste and nutrition is ready. It can be eaten at breakfast or during the day.
