If you want to have a good sleep, then adopt these measures-

1. Take a bath with warm water

Aim to go to bed by 10 pm. To regulate your body temperature, take a bath with lukewarm water about 1-2 hours before bedtime. This practice can increase the quality of sleep to a great extent.

2. Wash feet

Before sleeping, wash your feet to relax your body. After this, lightly massage the feet with oil for 4-5 minutes.

3. Adjust your sleeping position

Lie on your back with your head slightly lower than your body. This position promotes relaxation by improving blood circulation

4. Include regular exercise

Engage in physical activities such as running, hiking, cycling or weight lifting in the morning or evening. Regular exercise helps regulate your sleep patterns and promotes fatigue at bedtime, making it easier to fall asleep.
