Benefits of hibiscus tea
If hair is falling a lot then definitely drink this tea.

Moringa has a warming nature and balances phlegm and pitta.

Moringa leaves are rich in iron, vitamin B, folate, calcium, vitamin A, and zinc. This increases hair growth.

Hibiscus is cooling in nature and balances phlegm and pitta.

In Ayurveda, it is called Keshya. That means it increases hair growth.

It is rich in vitamin C, flavonoids, amino acids, fiber, and antioxidants.

Guhal flower promotes hair growth and gives a natural shine to the hair.

Curry leaves also have a cooling effect.
It prevents hair fall, and premature graying and promotes hair growth.

It improves insulin sensitivity and also balances hormones. Curry leaves are rich in antioxidants. It moisturizes the scalp and removes dead hair follicles.

How to make
Take water in a pan.
Mix all the ingredients in water.
Boil it for about 3 minutes and filter it.
Drink it lukewarm.
Drink it in the morning or evening.
