Everyone is using Gmail today. After the demise of Yahoo! Mail, Gmail has become the king of the email market. If you too use Gmail, then many times you might have faced a situation where you have sent an email by mistake. At such times, you wish there was an option with the help of which we could recall the sent email. So let us tell you that this feature is already there, but most people do not know about it. Today we will tell you the way to recall the sent email.

c

There are two ways for this. The first way is visible to you only when you send an email in Gmail, but you ignore it. As soon as you send an email, as soon as you click on the "Send" button, the email will be sent, at the same time you will see the "Undo" button which will be visible at the bottom left of the screen as "Message sent" and along with it "Undo" and "View message". Clicking "Undo" will bring the mail back and save it as a draft so you can edit it again or delete it.

Another way is to change the unsend time setting - If you want a longer time to unsend an email, you can change it by going to the settings. Log in to your Gmail account and click on the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner. After this, click on "See all settings".

Find the "Undo Send" option: Scroll down in the "General" tab until you find the "Undo Send" option. Set the send cancellation period. Here you can choose from 5, 10, 20, or 30 seconds, which you get to "Undo" the email after sending it.

Now after setting the time limit, scroll down and click on the "Save Changes" button. This feature allows you to instantly undo a sent email, but keep in mind that once the time limit is over, you cannot undo the email. So it is important to click the "Undo" button quickly.
